Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATIONS POLICY Cancellations are accepted up to two weeks before the scheduled course date (14 calendar days), Please contact us to request refund by email and/or text.  Please provide name of reservation and date of course.  Please allow us 48hours to respond.  This will not impact your date request. 
 REFUNDS A full refund of your deposit will be issued if the cancellation is made 14 days prior to your course date. A service fee of 4% of the total amount paid will be deducted from the refund. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed. 
 RESCHEDULING Less than 14 days notice you will be permitted to reschedule into a new course date. Failure to provide 72 hours (3days) notice prior to your scheduled course will incur an additional $100 fee, processed when rescheduling within 7 business days. 
 LATENESS / NO SHOW Late arrivals may not be allowed to join the class. One course transfer is allowed without losing your deposit if a new course date is selected within 7 business days. A no-show will incur a $100 rebooking fee, processed when rescheduling within 7 business days
